NXT Raiding is a strong advocate for rules in order to get the best out of all of our members. Whether it is a trial or a officer in the guild, all players are advised to read them and stay up to date as they may change. If any rules are broken then a punishment can be implemented. We will not favor a member in the guild based on anything and treat everyone equally when it comes to enforcement.

Behaviour

Any drama between guild members on a public channel is strictly prohibited (includes raid/guild channel). If any kind of drama happens on any public channel, the concerned parties are risking a temporarily raid bench up to a removal of the guild depending on the gravity of said drama. Please use whispers to fix your problems or feel free to refer to an officer if the whole guild is concerned.
Posting ANYWHERE, apart from our guild forums, explaining any type of tactic or guild information that belongs inside the guild will result in an immediate guild kick. We work hard to be the best. We will not let anyone ruin it.
Members should NEVER argue about how the loots are being distributed, if they're distributed the way they are, it's because there's a reason to it and we believe it to be the most convenient given the current state of things. You will have your loots too. Disrespecting this rule will get you instantly removed from the guild.
Helping between guild members is strongly recommended, and since the guild will work cooperatively for the members' main professions through the bank access, you are NOT to ask for compensation when a member requires a service that is NEEDED to raid optimally. If it is about personal needs, then the charge is up to the owner of the profession.
While swearing is not strictly prohibited, please refrain from excessive use of offensive language, as it could offend a lot of other guild members.
Any kind of discrimination will not be tolerated, either it is towards another guild member or any other player on the realm. Huge sanctions going up to an instant kick from the guild are at stake.
Members are expected to be humble towards other players of the realm, even if our guild makes it to the top, we are not here to prove any kind of superiority. Do not treat players who struggle more than us differently, as they're also human beings.

Attendance

Attendance
--------------------------------------------
Being active and providing help to the guild is a huge aspect of the guild, almost as important as the raiding part itself. Remember that we require a 100% attendance rate during progression (extreme occasions may occur but are not to be happen twice in the same progress period), failing to do so will automatically bench you or get you replaced in the raiding team.
If you are to be absent for an extended period of time, please contact an officer beforehand if possible. It would avoid us going through the trouble of checking on you and the possibility of bothering you through other communication means.
If you do not show up at all for an event you signed up for, take note that punishments will take place the next time you come online, or, if it is not the first time, a demote or permanent removel from the guild will happen.

During Progression we will raid 4 days a week. Monday, Wednessday, Thursday and Sunday from 19:00 to 23:00. We expect everyone to have signed at 21:00 the day beforehand.
If you signed up for a raid, it means you are fully optimized for it. Meaning that you are fully enchanted/gemmed/glyphed and your spec is suitable for the raid. We need everyone to min-max their characters for optimal performance during raids.
Before progressing on new content/ a new boss, we expect everyone to be prepared as in, having checked out PTR/live video tutorials, forum tutorials etc.
We base our raid group on several aspects: Performance, Attendance, Attitude and Raid Setup being the most important ones. Remember that if you get benched, there'll always be a good reason behind it and even though you are not inside the raid, you are required to be reacheable and raid ready within 10 minutes as long as the raid is going on.
We require you to keep at least 2 alts (with at least 1 being the same role as your main) ready to step in. You must be able to play these at the same level as your main, if not on a higher level. These alts will be used either for split runs or to make the raid setup better.
